Bill Gray, VCHI, has completed over 4000 home inspections as president and chief inspector for All Star Home Inspection, Inc. He is certified by the states of Maryland and Virginia as well as the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). His credentials include; BPI Certified Building Analyst (Energy Auditor), ITC Certified Infrared Thermographer, NRSB Certified Radon Technician, Certified Mold Technician. Bill is a class instructor and trainer for the Professional Home Inspectors Institute and teaches continuing education courses to Realtors. His background includes more than 40 years of experience in residential building and remodeling. Bill holds a Masters Degree in Secondary Science Education with 30+ additional hours of graduate study. His knowledge of construction, training and experience in home inspections and a background in education coupled with the ability to organize and communicate have made him an extremely professional and very successful Home Inspector and Energy Auditor.
