He is certified by the states of Maryland and Virginia as well as the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). His credentials include; BPI Certified Building Analyst (Energy Auditor), ITC Certified Infrared Thermographer, NRSB Certified Radon Technician, Certified Mold Technician.
